Hide pages from showing up on menu

I would like to create pages without having it show up in my menu. Is there any way to do that?

I'm wondering the same thing. I have a static front page with a very long title, and that title is causing all of my other pages to get pushed to a separate line. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
