Getting rid of all references to Comment options

The people I'm bulding a website for aren't doing something that needs comments. They'd prefer that since it's not a part of what they're posting that the little comment balloons and comment options at the top of each post not even appear. Does anone know where to go to knock those out? of all posts, pages and etc?

Just comment them out of theloop.php page. But if you disable comments altogether, then they shouldn't appear anyway.

you're setting up some clients with beta software?

It's a group I'll be working with for a little while, so I'm not too worried about the beta aspect for now. It's the theme that works best for what this organization wants right now. Disabling comments does keep people from being able to comment but doesn't get rid of all the references to commenting. That did it, but also had to go in and delete some things form other pages as well. Thanks for the help
